The minimum is 50 students, so the smallest plan is ₹2,450/month on monthly billing or ₹29,950/year on yearly billing.
Are teachers and parents charged separately?
No. You pay only for students. Unlimited teachers are included, owners are not billed, and every student can have one parent account at no extra cost.
How is the yearly plan priced?
The yearly plan is billed once a year at ₹599 per student — for example ₹59,900 a year for 100 students. Monthly and yearly plans are priced separately, so pick whichever billing period suits your institute.
Can I add students after I subscribe?
Yes. You can raise your student count at any time from the app. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current billing period, and the higher count applies from your next renewal.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from the app, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I pay?
The organisation owner subscribes inside the ClassNova app after creating an owner account. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and invoices are available in the app. Nothing is charged on this website.
What if I have more than 1,000 students?
Self-serve plans cover 50 to 1,000 students. For a larger institution, contact us for a custom plan.
